Pavilion of Contemporary Art
Located within the garden of Palazzo Massari and formerly used as a carriage depot, the Contemporary Art Pavilion was from 1976 to 2023 the venue for exhibitions devoted to contemporary Italian and foreign artists. In recent years, placing itself in a line of continuity with the tradition of the Video Art Center and the Multipurpose Hall, programming has focused particularly on live art, performance, electronic arts and new media, offering reviews and events that reflect the complexity and richness of the contemporary art scene.
Since 2023, the Pavilion has undergone refunctionalization and plant upgrades that have transformed it into a permanent exhibition space dedicated to Michelangelo Antonioni.
