The Ferrara Art Museum Service makes available to the public the Service Charter with all the information that may be useful to visitors.
The Service Charter is the document by which each institution providing public services communicates the services it offers, the manner in which they are provided, and the quality and quantity standards guaranteed, with the aim of constantly monitoring and improving the quality of its proposal.
This Service Charter is intended to be a tool for dialogue with the public, providing clear information about the services available and how to use them. It also gives users the opportunity to express evaluations, suggestions and complaints, which will be received and handled in order to optimize services, responding in a timely manner to the needs expressed by the public.
MyFe is Ferrara’s tourist card, a pass that gives you a unique experience while saving time and money. A ticket for visiting the city’s museums and monuments, including exemption from paying the tourist tax.
